Processing typically requires up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

5. Tracking
Tracking information will be sent by email when the package is dispatched. You can also check it in your account.
6. Correct Address
Ensure your address is entered correctly. Returned packages may be:
- Reshipped (customer pays for new shipping)
- Refunded (minus the original shipping cost)
7. Failed Deliveries
Carriers typically make one delivery attempt and leave the package at a pickup point for 7–10 days. If not collected, it will be returned.
8. Customs and Taxes
Orders from outside your region may incur VAT or fees. If this occurs, contact us, and we will offer a solution.
9. Split Shipments
An order may arrive in multiple packages with individual tracking numbers.
